The Hunt River Watershed Asoociation is a group of citizen neighbors that share a common concern for the integrity of the Hunt River and the local environment. Members represent only those communities within the watershed, although not all communities currently have a representative. The council works with the URI Watershed Watch, the Quonset Development Corporation, and members of the Audubon Society, as well as other influential institutions.
